Lent is a 40/47-day season of reflection, repentance, and spiritual preparation observed by many Christians globally and historically in the weeks leading up to Resurrection Sunday that begins on Ash Wednesday. It centers the gospel message of liberation for all through the sacrificial death and celebratory resurrection of Jesus Christ. During Lent, believers often engage in practices such as prayer, fasting, generosity, and self-discipline to deepen their faith and refocus on their relationship with God. Week 4: dependence - how salvation leads to our surrender and submission to Him
Week 5: dignity - what living justly looks like and how we see our neighbors
Week 6: delight - how we get to live in gratitude, joy, and contentment because of Him
Week 7 - HOLY WEEK: die to self - what we choose to do as we follow Him for the rest of our days
