More About Me

Most of my life I’ve spent it resourcing and uplifting people - while also being on my own journey of growth and healing. I know that I know that I know that God has called me to serve people by ministering to them through coaching, curating spaces, and creating resources - especially in the areas of Biblical justice, theology, callings, and spiritual abuse/church trauma.

I love to resource others so they can live a life of connection, consecration, and co-creation (w/ God). I'm the CEO and Founder of Full Collective - which is a community where we ignite the Body of Christ to be sowers of God’s Word and growers in their God-given calling as well as the creator of the annual conference in New York City called Sowers Summit.

I also host a podcast called Being a Sanctuary, where we release weekly episodes that include conversations around biblical truths and short scripture-based meditations. Check it out on iTunes or Spotify .

I graduated from CUNY City College with a Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in Secondary Education. I then went on to get two masters. I hold a M.S.Ed. from Bankstreet Graduate School where I studied Leadership in Community Based Learning and a Masters in Social Work with a Leadership in Community Development Concentration from Nyack College. I am now pursuing a MA in Biblical and Theological and Biblical studies at Denver Seminary.

A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME….

  • Favorite Food

SEAFOOD! Give me all things seafood. I’m from and grew up in a coastal town in the Dominican Republic and will usually always order crab, shrimp, oysters, octopus, or mussels!

  • Top 5 Movies

    1. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind

    2. Moulin Rouge

    3. A Goofy Movie

    4. Brown Sugar

    5. The Family Stone

  • Favorite Place

Maybe I’m biased but I think the Dominican Republic is the most beautiful place in the world. And my specific favorite place in there is a place called “El Rincon”. It’s a sweet cold river that becomes a salty beautiful beach.

  • Ideal Self-Care Day

An essential oil-infused hot bath, an aromatherapy massage, a really good seafood prepared meal, walking around a calm and beautiful block in NYC or anywhere in the world, and not checking my email.
