This deck is meant to be a tool of encouragement on your healing journey while also as a tool that will ground you and help you in moments of overwhelm, hopelessness, triggers, or anxiousness. Sometimes, when we are out and about in our day - we have moments that are challenging and we usually just keep going but these cards an invitation to take a moment to not suppress those thoughts or feelings but instead take a few minutes to breathe and be with the Lord. There are 20 cards with inhale exhale meditations on them and 20 cards with scriptures on them.
Each card has a beautiful image behind it to help you in your grounding moment. It’s also something you can place on your mirror, desk, or coffee table at home.
